How We Started
Made was founded in 2020 by Alex Johnson and Sarah Chen, who saw firsthand the challenges e-commerce brands faced when trying to develop new products and manage their supply chains. With backgrounds in manufacturing and artificial intelligence respectively, they set out to build a platform that would revolutionize how online brands create and source products.

Our mission is to democratize access to global manufacturing, making it as easy for small and medium-sized e-commerce brands to develop and source products as it is for large corporations with dedicated teams and resources.

Alex Johnson, CEO & Co-Founder
With over 15 years in global supply chain management, Alex has worked with manufacturers across Asia, Europe, and North America. His expertise in streamlining production processes and building efficient supply networks forms the backbone of Made's supplier relationships.
Sarah Chen, CTO & Co-Founder
Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on machine learning applications in logistics. Before Made, she developed AI systems for several Fortune 500 companies to optimize their supply chains, bringing this expertise to our platform's core technology.
Michael Rodriguez, Head of Partnerships
Michael joined Made after spending a decade growing several successful e-commerce brands. His firsthand experience with the challenges of product development and sourcing makes him uniquely positioned to build partnerships that truly address our clients' needs.
